As per the latest update, the second merit list is expected to be published on 15 July 2025.

This list will contain the names of students who are selected for admission to various Intermediate colleges and schools across Bihar. Those whose names appear in the 2nd merit list will be able to take admission from 15 July to 19 July 2025, and the same dates are also applicable for the slide-up process.

OFSS Bihar 11th Class Admission 2025

The Online Facilitation System For Students (OFSS) is a digital platform developed by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) to simplify the Intermediate admission process. Through this system, students can apply for admission to Class 11 in various government and private schools/colleges that are affiliated with BSEB. The entire application, merit listing, and admission process are conducted online to make it transparent, fast, and student-friendly.

The merit list is a selection list that is prepared based on the marks obtained by students in their Class 10 (Matriculation) exams. BSEB releases the merit list in phases (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) to ensure that all eligible students get a fair chance to take admission. Admission Process After 2nd Merit List

If your name is in the second merit list, you will need to report to the allotted school or college between 15 July and 19 July 2025 with the required documents. During this period, you must complete all admission formalities, including:

Failing to take admission within this period may result in cancellation of your allotment, and your seat may be offered to someone else in the next merit list.

What is the Slide-Up Process?

However, if you wish to take admission in a better choice from your list of preferences, you must activate the slide-up request between 15 July to 19 July 2025 through the OFSS portal.
